Introduction

All these deep and intensive researches on constitution of India took a long time of sixty years.
It was a difficult task, reason- there is no one place in India, where anyone can get complete information on the subject. I am thankful to my Mother – Mrs. Saraswati Dongriah, Father Captain Ratan Chand Dongriah resident of Bhatapara- 493118, India and all the teachers who did their best to make me a perfect human. When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things. Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that we know now is partial and incomplete.

KNOWLEDGE WILL MAKE IT COMPLETE.
